2. Services

Viswa Constructions provides electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drain cleaning services to residential customers in Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania. Our services include but are not limited to repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency services.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time frame, but exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of our business and potential emergency calls.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services will be provided before work begins. In some cases, additional costs may be incurred if unforeseen issues arise during the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and on certain parts and equipment as specified at the time of service. These warranties may vary depending on the service provided and the manufacturer's warranty on parts and equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viswa Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter relating to our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viswa Constructions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
